Telenet wanted to be able to completely outsource the design, build and management of their entire new UC solution together with ongoing 24×7 support. This objective created some quite specific criteria that a new technology partner needed to be able to demonstrate. These included solid experience of migrating customers from another platform to BroadWorks. “Our research and due diligence showed that Nuvias UC is the only company in the channel that offers UC expertise and services across the board from core to CPE. They’ve also provided an onsite engineer to support us across both BroadWorks and Oracle SBCs. It’s all working out exactly as we expected.”
