Supporting businesses getting up and running
As well as the supply of innovative hardware and software, Nuvias UC provides a range of installation services to get the end-user up and running.
Our team of engineers use the technology day-in, day-out, so why not leave it to them to install it?
All of our professional services can be white labelled, if required, so the equipment can be left with us to deploy at the client’s business, as per the agreed plan, on an agreed date.
This means channel partners can offer an engineering service, second to none, even if they don’t have the engineering capabilities themselves.
What does this include?
Nuvias UC provides engineering services for the installation of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) provided as part of an overall Hosted UC or SIP Trunking service offering, or Enterprise infrastructure rollout. The services provided by Nuvias UC across EMEA include all required installation and testing of Enterprise SBC (E-SBC), Enterprise Gateway, Survivable Branch Appliance (SBA), and Multi-Service Business Router (MSBR) platforms available in the portfolio to enable activation of services across TDM / IP, PBX and Unified Communications environments.
The phone installation services have been specifically designed for the installation of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) and Applications provided as part of an overall Hosted or Premise based Unified Communications offering (e.g. BroadWorks, BroadCloud, WebEx Calling, Microsoft Teams, Office 365 Cloud PBX etc.). The services provided by Nuvias UC include all required installation and testing of IP Phones, as well as the installation of additional infrastructure required for delivery of the service, such as PoE Switches and Access Routers.
Nuvias UC provides engineering services for the installation of premise-based Video Equipment provided as part of an overall Poly, Lifesize, Cisco, BlueJeans, Zoom, Logitech, Yealink or Microsoft Teams collaboration offering. The services provided by Nuvias UC include all required installation and testing of Video Codecs, as well as the installation of ancillary equipment such as LCD Screens, Touch Controls, Microphones and Cameras within the meeting room.
How does it work?
The installation process is broken down into three stages:
1. Prior to the arrival on site, the pre-installation research stage during which the customer completes a survey questionnaire and then Nuvias UC will review all completed data to ensure its validity, and confirm all other pre-requisites are met.
2. A configuration phase where the initial configuration is installed.
3. Finally, the installation stage when the hardware, plus any ancillary equipment, is installed and basic testing completed.
