Company History
Nuvias UC was originally founded in 2009 as Siphon Networks. The company was acquired by the Nuvias Group (part of the Rigby Group) in 2016 and operated as a separate business from Nuvias (Cyber Security & Advanced Networking), a sister company within the Nuvias Group.
Building on a growing footprint in Europe, Nuvias UC acquired Alliance Technologies GmbH in January 2022 to extend our presence in Germany, Austria & Switzerland (DACH).
With the acquisition of Nuvias (Cyber Security & Advanced Networking) by Infinigate in November 2022, Nuvias UC reverted to being part of the Rigby Group.
