Nuvias UC is expanding its horizons into the burgeoning Customer Experience (CX) market, through a new partnership with Five9, an industry leading provider of the intelligent contact centre. The Five9 platform brings the power of cloud innovation to more than 2,500 customers worldwide, facilitates billions of call minutes annually, and provides digital engagement, analytics, workflow automation, workforce optimization, and practical AI to create more human CX, engage and empower contact centre agents, and deliver tangible business results.

Contact Centre, a natural evolution from Unified Communications, is experiencing dramatic change brought about by the pandemic. It is undergoing similar transition to the cloud while having to cope with a distributed and diverse workforce and, at the same, time is seen as a key pillar to the overall Customer Experience. The Nuvias UC partnership with Five9 will provide channel partners access to a high-growth environment and create further opportunities for Nuvias UC’s existing vendor partners. In addition to providing access to Cloud Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) capabilities, Nuvias UC will work with channel partners across Europe to facilitate the transition or addition of new contact centre services.

Additionally, Nuvias UC is proud to announce the establishment of its new Customer Experience Centre of Excellence. Under the leadership of Mark Purdom, Nuvias UC’s Director of Konekt Cloud Solutions, the Centre of Excellence will work closely with our channel partners to provide all the necessary services and support for the delivery of Contact Centre services.

Until now, contact centre has been the realm of the specialist. While there remain complexities in the design and delivery of the service, the channel should have no fear in engaging in these opportunities knowing that the Nuvias UC team will provide all the required expertise to design, deliver and integrate the service. Further, with services such as the AI-based Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) from Five9, the addressable market for Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) is ever expanding, and we want to ensure our partners are at the forefront of that expansion.
