Nuvias UC partners with cloud vendor, Five9 and screen vendor, LG
Nuvias UC introduces new solutions by onboarding two new vendors – cloud vendor, Five9 and screen vendor, LG – to address growing customer demand, and to expand their solution stack.
Through a new pan-European partnership with Five9 – an industry leading provider of the intelligent contact centre – Nuvias UC is expanding its horizons into the burgeoning Customer Experience (CX) market.
The Five9 platform brings the power of cloud innovation to more than 2,500 customers worldwide, facilitates billions of call minutes annually, and provides digital engagement, analytics, workflow automation, workforce optimization, and practical AI to create more human CX, engage and empower contact centre agents, and deliver tangible business results.
The Nuvias UC partnership with Five9 will provide channel partners access to a high-growth environment and create further opportunities for Nuvias UC’s existing vendor partners. In addition to providing access to Cloud Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) capabilities, Nuvias UC will work with channel partners across Europe to facilitate the transition or addition of new contact centre services.
Additionally, Nuvias UC is proud to announce the establishment of its new Customer Experience Centre of Excellence. Under the leadership of Mark Purdom, Nuvias UC’s Director of Konekt Cloud Solutions, the Centre of Excellence will work closely with our channel partners to provide all the necessary services and support for the delivery of Contact Centre services.
